Happiness Yoga

When sage Patanjali developed yogic practices thousands of years ago in India, the primary objective was to reduce day-to-day life’s stress and attain tranquility of mind. Many prominent American universities and various medical research institutions including Mayo Clinic in the United States have carried out extensive scientific studies which have confirmed that yogic practices go a long way to reduce stress and tension, and to achieve calmness of mind.

The Happiness Yoga seminar series was developed to help people attain these objectives in the fast-paced life of the 21st century. Invited guest speakers are experts in their field and provide valuable information about holistic health that can be used to improve your well-being. Happiness Yoga is a simple and easy way to practice daily to harmonize one’s life and mind. By practicing Happiness Yoga, you will be able to cultivate the habit of happiness and a peaceful mind.
